WHY BUY LOCALLY

There are numerous benefits of buying nationally over purchasing internationally for all your jewellery needs. The most critical reason is to sow into local resources while giving you an easily accessible community in your backyard.

Several people know that buying locally is beneficial for your community, but few people know how purchasing locally can provide personal benefits. There are numerous advantages to buying at a local jewellery store, including trust and accountability.

When you buy locally you are interacting with real people that live in your community as opposed to algorithms. Locally, customers have more access to the owners of the jewellery store, which then creates a high level of trust and places more accountability on the seller. For instance, if you purchase from an international jewellery store and have an issue with the product, you may not have access to someone who can assist with those issues promptly. Locally, you can give them a quick call or drop by any time and speak to someone who can resolve your issue right away.

Buying jewellery from a local jeweller allows you to customise your piece and tailor it to suit your needs. While customising your piece you can also have the opportunity to receive advice from an expert in real-time. Local jewellers are focused on building relationships with their customers while maintaining a good reputation within their community. With this in mind, quality is a critical aspect along with providing the best service possible.

Customers purchasing jewellery from Australian businesses are also protected under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition to fair trading, businesses are required to follow Australian regulations in relation to taxes, work health and safety and employment.

If you’re looking for a unique piece of jewellery filled with trust, accountability, and care within your community, buying locally is best for you!
