We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee the end to end production of Paspaley’s fine jewellery, upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision. This role leads the Jewellery Workshop Division, uniting heritage techniques with modern manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end to end production across collections, bespoke work, repairs, and special projects.
  • Plan and manage production schedules to ensure on time delivery and uncompromising quality.
  • Uphold and enhance quality standards across all stages of jewellery manufacture.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled multidisciplinary workshop team.
  • Oversee precious metal, pearl, and gemstone inventory with precision and integrity.
  • Drive continuous improvement across workflow, systems, and workshop efficiency.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and professionally run workshop environment.

  • Understand instructions such as sketches and written details to achieve outcomes.
  • Have extensive knowledge of gems and precious metals.
  • Strong work ethic, with good time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
  • Complete task given within reasonable time frame and to a high standard.
  • Designing and problem solving to achieve best outcome for clients.
  • English reading, writing, and speaking to a competent level.
