jEm - Jeweller Employees Membership

Embracing the green gems of our industry
Since its inception in 1931 the Jewellers Association of Australia (JAA) have focussed on supporting business owners and senior management – but times are changing at the JAA and we are introducing a networking group to the employees of JAA members, in particular those who want to make their mark in jewellery as a career.
Reflecting the vibrancy of the emerald gemstone, this exciting new network group will provide an opportunity for employees or budding young people working or interested in the jewellery industry to have access to resources to help them establish and grow their careers – whether it’s in design, retail, supply or manufacturing.
The network group will provide a unique insight for young people into building an individual career pathway and journey to success - we will provide unprecedented support to the green gems of our industry.
The JAA believe it’s really important to harness the energy and enthusiasm that staff have and couple that with skills and guidance for them to be the very best.
