Ian Hadassin has had extensive experience in the jewellery industry, both in manufacturing and retailing. He is a previous JAA Federal and NSW Chairman and board member. Originally trained as a Civil Engineer, Ian also has a Master of Business Administration degree. Ian is responsible to the board for implementing the strategic vision and plan.

Megan Young

Megan has worked in the jewellery industry ever since completing her Higher School Certificate and completed jewellery making courses whilst in high school. She then went on to complete an Advanced Diploma in Jewellery and Object Design and has also completed a Certificate III in Jewellery Manufacture at Enmore TAFE. Megan uses her years of jewellery experience, both retail and trade, to handle the many trade and consumer enquiries and any disputes between the public and the JAA members.
Megan co-ordinates events run by the JAA, manages the website and other marketing matters.
She handles the administrative requirements for the JAA Board and Executive meetings and is responsible for all membership matters. Megan is your first ”port of call” if you have any concerns regarding the progress of your membership application and any queries once membership has been approved.

Natalee Brett
- Administration Assistant and Receptionist

Natalee completed an Advanced Certificate in Office Administration in 1995. Natalee has had over 12 years administration experience in various industries including; Hair and Beauty, Pharmaceutical, Internet Design, Music and Recruitment.
Natalee directs all calls that come into the JAA office on a daily basis and assists all staff in the JAA office with administration matters.
