Complaint against member of the Jewellery Industry

The JAA lacks the resources to monitor the actions and behavour of the jewellery trade in Australia and their compliance with the JAA Code of Ethics and the JAA Jewellery Industry Code of Practice.

The JAA therefore has to rely on its members to inform us of any breaches of the Codes. JAA members are urged to report breaches of the Code to the JAA. All complaints will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
